What is Camren about?Edit

Camren (CAMila + lauREN) is understood by believers to be a long-running relationship between musicians Camila Cabello and Lauren Jauregui who met during X-Factor 2012. The relationship was brought to the attention of the public due to the two member's behaviour towards each other captured on video at various events and interviews. These "Camren moments" have often been compiled into videos with "Camren Proof" which attempts to convince watchers that "Camren is real".

It is notable that rumours of Lauren Jauregui's bisexuality, which she initially denied, were related to her part in the Camren ship, and was later confirmed by herself in 2016.

Some of those who believe in Camren believe the relationship ended at or before December 2016 when Camila Cabello left Fifth Harmony, while others believe the relationship is ongoing, and current seperate relationships by Lauren and Camila are actually "PR relationships" designed to give both artists a more straight and marketable image.Lauren and Camila both broke up with their boyfriends currently.

Camren evidence Edit

Camren-Shippers do believe that Camila's album "CAMILA"is entirely written about Lauren due to Camila saying that "The album is not really about boys" in an Interview back in 2017.The foundation of Camren is Camren moments and Camren evidence. Camren moments were much more common and evident in 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 and even 2017 but became increasingly rare afterwards. Some believe this is due to increased awareness of the public and pressure from management for the girls to maintain a straight image, while others feel this reflect changes in their relationship. Camren evidence include direct interactions (so-called moments) and indirect interactions (so-called Indirects) usually via social media but also via lyrics in their own and other music.
